📋 Description

• Design, build, and productionize AI agents and workflows, including support automation, voice, and onboarding agents • Develop, test, and maintain backend applications in Python and Java or GoLang • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across development, QA, and release • Design and implement data models and database schemas • Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend systems with the user interface • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards • Troubleshoot and debug applications, including AI agent workflows in production • Work with DevOps to deploy and manage applications in production using Kubernetes • Stay current with technologies and industry trends in AI and agentic systems • Work on data integrations across the shipper and carrier ecosystem • Collaborate with the US team and customers to shape logistics products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend/Software Developer • Hands-on exposure to AI/agentic systems • Python — mandatory • Proficiency in Java or GoLang • 2+ years of hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Working knowledge of Kubernetes • Full Agile SDLC experience — development, QA, and release • Strong knowledge of Git, including branches, submodules, and rebasing • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud services is a plus
