📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on imaging medical equipment • Service equipment within hospitals or healthcare systems in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia area • Ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients • Maintain customer relationships and provide timely communication, resolution, and follow-up • Adhere to company policies, procedures, hospital protocols, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards • Document all work performed, including parts ordering • Participate in after-hours support and/or rotating on-call coverage, including weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment • 2+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment • Valid Driver’s License • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of GEHC’s standard background check, including a post-offer drug test • Compliance with customer access policies, including required immunizations and possible additional drug tests or background checks • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level, flex and extend neck, and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Ability to work after-hours and/or a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers • Ultrasound, X-Ray, vascular, or other imaging experience desirable
