📋 Description

• Define and execute the architectural strategy for onboarding and integrating customer data into commercial digital platforms • Design scalable data ingestion frameworks for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured customer data • Establish standards for customer data acquisition, transformation, validation, and enrichment • Design enterprise data models creating a unified view across operational, clinical, financial, and asset management systems • Develop architectures supporting HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and API-based integrations • Create integration patterns for EHR, ERP, CMMS, supply chain, financial, and operational systems • Design scalable cloud-based architectures for data ingestion, storage, processing, governance, and analytics • Define real-time, near-real-time, and batch data pipelines • Architect solutions for large-scale customer data onboarding and multi-tenant platform growth • Establish standards for data quality, lineage, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance • Embed cybersecurity, access controls, and compliance requirements into integration and data management solutions • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Commercial teams • Advise on customer onboarding, integration planning, and architecture reviews • Mentor engineering and technical teams on data architecture best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (preferred qualification) • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, or software engineering leadership • Experience designing and implementing large-scale data integration and analytics platforms • Strong knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT frameworks, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns • Experience working with healthcare, operational, financial, or supply chain data environments • Demonstrated success translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, and DICOM • Expertise in cloud-native data platforms and modern data architectures • Experience supporting SaaS, digital health, enterprise analytics, or decision intelligence platforms • Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and enterprise reporting architectures • Industry certifications in cloud architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
