📋 Description

• Design, develop, deliver, and measure learning and readiness programs across the go-to-market organization • Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and conduct needs assessments • Recommend training, coaching, tools, content, process, communication, or other interventions • Align enablement programs with strategic business priorities and performance outcomes • Create onboarding curricula, certification programs, learning paths, and role-based training • Develop instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, playbooks, and reinforcement activities • Design assessments, knowledge checks, and certification programs • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation, personalize learning, improve accessibility, and scale delivery • Support readiness for internal sales, customer-facing, channel, and partner teams • Develop partner onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs • Support product launches, process changes, and strategic GTM initiatives • Drive adoption of sales methodologies, messaging frameworks, and best practices • Govern enablement content and manage assets throughout their lifecycle • Manage and evolve onboarding programs for new hires and partners • Facilitate workshops, virtual training sessions, certification events, and readiness programs • Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks and performance support resources • Manage multiple enablement initiatives and deliver programs on time • Define success metrics, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and continuously refine programs • Measure knowledge acquisition, certification, adoption, behavior change, ramp time, partner readiness, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Able to diagnose performance issues and create scalable learning solutions • Able to influence adoption across the go-to-market organization • Instructional design expertise and adult learning knowledge • Curriculum development experience • Performance consulting and enablement program management capabilities • Facilitation and presentation capabilities • Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, channel, partner, or enterprise sales organizations is an asset • Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, or Learning Experience Design is an asset • Experience developing certification and learning programs for partner ecosystems is an asset • Experience with LMS platforms and enablement technologies is an asset • Familiarity with AI-powered content development, learning technologies, and knowledge management solutions is an asset • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or related CRM platforms is an asset • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and buyer-centric selling approaches is an asset
