📋 Description

• Own project control activity globally • Drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation • Provide technical expertise and develop technical solutions during the pre-ITO process while interfacing with the commercial team • Analyze client needs and define and optimize products, scope, schedule, industrial scheme, and cost • Calculate plant, system, and equipment performance and efficiency • Document technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution phases • Customize products and implement them for specific customer needs during OTR • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy and strategy • Analyze business drivers and integrate work with other teams • Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance • Solve straightforward tasks using technical skills and analytic thinking • Consult multiple internal sources to arrive at decisions • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Potentially hire and develop talent as an early people leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment in a customer-facing role • 3 years of experience in technical writing, such as technical proposals or technical manuals • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
