📋 Description

• Represent the Project and the Organization toward customers, partners, subcontractors, and local authorities on site • Lead all site activities performed by the organization, consortium partners, and subcontractors through a Daily Management System • Manage the full scope of site works from site mobilization to final acceptance and site closeout • Ensure accountability for Safety, schedule, Quality, Cost, and statutory labor compliance for all jobsite activities • Lead site engineers and managers, ensuring training and support • Coordinate support from PCCM and Head Office as needed • Conduct performance assessments of site staff, including contract and life-of-project staff • Close out site subcontracts with fair and proper allocation of costs • Implement GE Vernova’s EHS policy and management systems at the site • Report accidents, near misses, deviations, and non-compliances • Implement remedial measures to reduce or eliminate unsafe acts and conditions • Ensure site staff training in safer work methods and investigate accidents • Prepare and implement risk assessments and method statements for high-risk jobs • Conduct TBT, PTW, and PoW activities at project sites • Ensure Site Managers and package managers attend daily TBTs • Identify critical lifts and prepare method statements and risk assessments • Conduct weekly GENBA walkdowns and close corrective actions • Ensure mandatory EHS training for GE staff and site workers • Manage the RFI process with site subcontractors and ensure proper technical issue resolutions • Implement quality control and inspection procedures under the contract and approved quality assurance plan • Implement the Daily Management System, Nonconformance Cost, and Cost of Poor Quality processes at site

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with experience in turbine and auxiliaries packages • More than 15 years’ experience • Minimum experience as a lead in a TI package • Successfully supported commissioning of at least one unit of 600MW and above • Leadership and social competence • Negotiation and presentation skills • Quick and thorough judgment • Energetic and positive problem-solving approach • Interpersonal and responsive skills • Ability to delegate, set priorities, and act directly toward targets • High degree of cost awareness • Extensive knowledge of power plant systems, TI piping, turbine, and auxiliaries
