📋 Description

• Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform, including the Core Agentic Workflow and Requirements Agent; write tests, documentation, and evaluations • Contribute to the platform requirements knowledge base by adding requirements, evolving the schema, and improving validation tooling • Work with platform teams to translate their expertise into structured requirements • Build integration surfaces across issues, merge requests, design documents, and CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Data platform teams to create platform readiness artifacts and domain skills • Write clear documentation and evaluations to validate agentic-workflow behavior and improve assessment accuracy • Partner with platform teams, feature teams, and product management to ensure features meet platform readiness requirements before shipping

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang • Comfort reading and contributing to YAML, JSON Schema, and structured content • Experience with and operational exposure to Kubernetes, including reasoning about failure modes • Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly in written form • Exposure to and experience with LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks • Ruby familiarity • Experience with GitLab-style workflows, including issues, epics, merge requests, and CI/CD • Open source contributions • Interest in developer experience or platform engineering • Hands-on experience with an agentic workflow framework such as DAP or LangGraph • Experience contributing to a structured requirements or specification body and evolving schemas • Observability instincts and interest in measuring system behavior
