📋 Description

• Define architecture principles and standards • Communicate and justify design decisions to internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders • Build connections between go-to-market systems using custom code, integrations, or iPaaS/automation platforms • Identify where AI and agents can add value and build workflows that turn GTM data into actionable insights • Determine when AI should own a process versus when human involvement is required • Respect data privacy, security, and compliance requirements • Diagnose broken or fragmented GTM systems, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, and unreconciled data • Own fixes from root cause through shipped solution • Design solutions for complex workstreams • Advise clients on buying existing tools versus building custom solutions • Present solutions to client teams with a focus on scalability and best practices • Coach and mentor team members on solutions • Champion diligent delivery, enablement, and rollout • Monitor technology releases and trends, including generative AI, and assess their impact on teams and customers • Collaborate with RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build technology roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in at least one core discipline: Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems • Working fluency across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Business Systems • Experience with systems architecture and administration, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar • Experience with data modeling and integration design across the tech stack • Ability to uncover business requirements, diagnose gaps and pains, and design scalable technical solutions • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features • Ability to determine when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code • Experience with custom code, integrations, or iPaaS platforms such as Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n • Track record diagnosing fragmented or broken GTM systems, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, and unreconciled data • Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders • Point of view on AI and agents in RevOps, including delivery ownership and human-in-the-loop judgment • Knowledge of data governance, PII, and compliance boundaries • Comfortable on camera and engaged in video calls • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification is a bonus, or being on the path to achieving one
