📋 Description

• Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams • Act as a trusted advisor to clients • Provide expert guidance on solution delivery • Design and integrate Appian solutions into client architecture • Implement complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies • Perform hands-on design, development, and testing • Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance • Drive process improvement for clients • Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools • Mentor, train, and enable resources • Implement internal processes and tools to improve business efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area • 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions • 2+ years of related IT experience • Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications • Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology • Strong technical design, implementation, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills, including conveying complex concepts verbally and in writing • Active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners • Analytical and strategic foresight • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and multitask • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • US Citizenship required • Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area • Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%) • Experience with Appian • Experience with RDBMS, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL/MariaDB • Experience with web services, integrations, and middleware, such as RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion
