📋 Description

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies • Support design, development, and test activities • Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance • Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement • Provide thought leadership on process improvement • Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools • Mentor, train, and enable resources • Provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams • Act as a trusted advisor to clients • Design and integrate Appian solutions into client architectures • Mentor delivery teams on advanced technical solutions and platform design • Implement internal processes and tools to improve business efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions • 5+ years of related IT experience • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area • Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification • Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology • Strong technical design, implementation, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written • Active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners • Analytical and strategic foresight • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and multi-task • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • US Citizenship required • Must be willing to travel 0–15% for client meetings as needed • Experience with Appian • Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL/MariaDB • Experience with web services, integrations, and middleware such as RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion
