📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle hiring efforts for the Appian practice • Source and identify active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, events, and other channels • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify skill gaps, and create strategic hiring plans • Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through transparency, timely follow-up, and communication • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders • Assist with OFCCP and EEO compliance, tracking, and reporting • Manage efficient recruiting processes using Workday ATS and other tools • Develop creative marketing and sourcing strategies to promote Groundswell as an employer of choice

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen is preferred) • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred • 5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing of technical talent for a software product company, preferably low-code programming (Appian), in a corporate role, contractor, or agency recruiter capacity • Recruiting experience with a large, federal contractor strongly preferred • ATS experience; Workday preferred • Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP requirements • Ability to work effectively and independently using varied sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment • Results-driven and metrics-oriented • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving and independent-thinking aptitude • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; SharePoint • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, including pivot tables preferred • Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred • Experience leading small teams preferred
