📋 Description

• Support firm strategy by building the top of the recruiting funnel • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage prospective financial advisors • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and data platforms to build and manage candidate lists • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via messaging, email, and calls • Generate initial candidate interest and qualify prospects for handoff to recruiting leaders • Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines and tracking systems • Identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities using technology and data tools • Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics • Refine messaging and targeting strategies • Monitor competitor hiring trends and talent movement • Partner with Recruiting Directors, Regional Vice Presidents, and firm leaders on target profiles and sourcing priorities • Consult with and train field partners on sourcing tools • Conduct 1:1 and group virtual workshops • Assist with onboarding new Recruiting Directors and Coordinators • Facilitate regional study groups • Contribute to recruiting campaigns, events, and sourcing initiatives • Ensure consistent follow-up and candidate experience in early stages

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or a similar outbound role • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Interest in financial services and talent acquisition • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship/support now or in the future • Comfortable with high outreach volume and performance tracking • Tech-savvy and confident using sourcing platforms and CRM tools • Strong communication skills and ability to create interest and build rapport quickly
