📋 Description

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across multiple functions and locations • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and resolve recruitment issues • Screen and assess candidates and present qualified candidates to hiring managers • Manage applicant and candidate communications throughout the selection process • Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and gather post-interview feedback • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure positions are accurately posted internally and externally • Lead the employment offer process, including formulating, negotiating, and extending offers • Monitor and audit candidate-to-new-hire progress, including interviews, reference checks, assessments, background checks, and drug tests • Prepare weekly status updates and quarterly on-site reviews with pharmacies and business units • Build outreach partnerships and recruiting pipelines with local communities, schools, and organizations • Promote the employee referral program • Provide assistance, training, and problem resolution for talent acquisition systems • Assist with other HR projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (business, human resources management or equivalent experience) required • 2-3 years of experience sourcing or recruiting in a best-in-class organization • Hands-on experience working with ATS; Workday preferred • Advanced computer skills; strong working knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel • Ability to communicate clearly via email/verbal • Ability to work in a consultative manner • Ability to work independently on multiple projects and deliver to deadlines • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction • Great attention to detail and accuracy • Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate • Requires up to 40% travel, by air and ground, on an as-needed basis • Ability to work flexible hours
