📋 Description

• Interact directly with recruiters, AFS employees, and candidates while coordinating recruiting-process phases • Post new roles in the recruiting system • Coordinate candidate interviews, interview days, and recruiting events • Create interview schedules and support communications • Obtain event space, interviewer sign-up, and catering • Kick off candidate background checks • Track candidate data in the applicant tracking system and other tools • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers • Build knowledge of demand and key contacts for assigned areas • Support local recruiting events and diversity efforts • Perform administrative responsibilities related to the recruiting process

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiting coordinator experience in a federal contracting or staffing environment • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
