📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future hiring needs • Anticipate workforce trends and develop proactive recruiting strategies to address talent gaps • Advise on talent market insights, candidate availability, and hiring best practices • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake through offer • Execute and facilitate screening, interviewing, and selection processes • Ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experiences • Identify and leverage new and diverse sourcing channels • Build robust talent pipelines through tactical and strategic sourcing • Proactively source passive candidates and cultivate relationships for current and future opportunities • Participate in workforce forecasting and recruitment planning • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities • Improve recruitment processes and outcomes • Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives • Manage a high volume of requisitions across varied job types and complexity levels • Maintain organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required) • Bachelor’s Degree (Strongly Preferred) • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED (Required) • 5+ years of recruiting experience required for consideration as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist • Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume • Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-impact talent • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Regular travel across Virginia and North Carolina • Residency within 50 miles of Virginia Beach, VA strongly preferred
