• Own the full lifecycle of assigned product lines from concept to end-of-life • Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and market trends • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and value propositions • Support Sales, OEMs, and Channel Partners as the primary product expert • Develop technical sales tools, application guides, and training content • Support major customer engagements with technical application expertise • Partner with Sales and Marketing on launch plans, promotional materials, and campaign messaging • Manage product line financial performance, including monthly P&L reporting and analysis • Drive product performance against revenue, margin, units, and AOP goals • Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations on pricing, discounts, and profitability analysis • Collaborate with Engineering on requirements, specifications, and test criteria • Manage Voice of Customer input throughout product development and validation • Work with Operations and Supply Chain on cost reduction, component obsolescence, and product quality • Lead product change notifications, legacy transitions, and end-of-life communications • Maintain product data in ERP/CRM systems and internal documentation • Ensure compliance with relevant certifications such as UL, NTEP, and CE • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field • MBA preferred • 5+ years of experience in product management, applications engineering, or technical marketing • Preferably experience in industrial instrumentation, process automation, or weighing systems • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, sensors, and field integration • Knowledge of EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, and similar technologies • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM tools, and project management tools
