📋 Description

• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries and escalate matters appropriately • Independently resolve routine HR matters within established processes • Manage HR service requests and administrative workflows from intake through completion • Administer I-9 and employment verification processes • Process and audit HRIS transactions, including manager changes, non-employee terminations and employee data changes • Coordinate separation administration, including communications, exit surveys, documentation and follow-up • Administer tuition reimbursement requests and submit approved items to payroll • Provide administrative support for ADA accommodation requests, leaves of absence/FMLA and disability claims • Support benefits administration through the HR ticketing system, inquiries, enrollment support and insurance verification letters • Maintain job descriptions, approved templates and current document versions • Monitor outstanding requests and workflows and follow up with employees, managers and HR partners • Maintain HR records, trackers and documentation and conduct routine audits • Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports, audits and data files • Support workforce reporting and HR metrics • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners • Identify workflow gaps and process improvement opportunities • Assist with developing and maintaining SOPs and standardized resources

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience • 1+ year of HR operations, employee services, benefits administration, or comparable experience • Familiarity with basic HR terminology, policies, and processes • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables/Dahsboards, etc), Word, Outlook, and Teams • Demonstrated ability to organize data analytics and prepare associated reports • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize, track and complete multiple recurring and ad hoc responsibilities within established deadlines • Demonstrated ownership and follow through, including proactively identifying outstanding work, communicating status and barriers, and driving assigned requests through resolution • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, including reviewing work for accuracy, completeness and consistency • Ability to maintain reliable execution of recurring workflows while appropriately responding to changing priorities and time sensitive requests • Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other leave programs preferred • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or a related field preferred • Experience working in healthcare or another regulated environment preferred • Experience working with HRIS systems preferred • Experience working with ticket/case management platforms preferred • Prior experience working in a high-volume HR department preferred
