📋 Description

• Assume full P&L responsibility for the Cloud Services division, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team responsible for cloud operations, service delivery, and client support • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Cloud services portfolio • Serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships • Drive operational excellence through secure, reliable, and highly available service delivery • Partner with sales and product teams throughout the client lifecycle • Provide executive-level reporting on service performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in the IT or Healthcare IT industry • 7+ years of progressive executive leadership experience • Proven track record of managing a significant P&L for a cloud, managed services, or professional services organization • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading high-performing technical and service delivery teams • Strong business and financial acumen • Experience developing and executing successful business strategies • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred • MBA is a strong plus • May require after-hours engagement for critical client or business needs • Up to 40% travel may be required for client meetings and internal strategy sessions
