📋 Description

• Write code and contribute to the development of software applications, modules, or components • Participate in requirements analysis, design, architecture, system integration, testing, and project management • Test code to identify and fix bugs and ensure software quality and reliability • Collaborate with software architects, designers, and product managers to align with project goals and timelines • Design and build complex, scalable systems • Lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus among team members

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, including Core Java (Java 11/17+), JVM internals, memory management, tuning, and concurrency/multithreading • Experience with Spring, particularly Spring Boot • Experience designing, building, and securing robust, scalable REST APIs • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB • Experience with Elasticsearch and search/indexing technologies • Experience with React, Next.js, and Material UI • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT • Familiarity with AI-directed prompt engineering for application development • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of experience in software development • 3+ years as a Software Engineer focused on designing and building complex, scalable systems • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture • Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus among team members • Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture • No immigration or employment-visa sponsorship is offered or provided, now or in the future • In-person identity verification is required for employment
