📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Infrastructure teams on secure platforms and infrastructure • Perform system engineering and implementation efforts • Conduct security reviews • Contribute to system design decisions • Drive continuous improvement of critical infrastructure • Define and build infrastructure and application guardrails so developers can build securely by default • Instill a culture of secure system design across engineering • Build and mature Headway’s cloud security posture across AWS • Develop AI-native approaches to configuration standards, hardening, and vulnerability remediation • Assist with incident response, vulnerability management, security reviews, and other security operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security and/or software engineering roles • Demonstrated history of working on security-related projects or with responsibilities as a security generalist • Technical experience building secure platforms and products at a deep level • Experience performing security design and code reviews • Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud security • Experience with Python 3 and/or TypeScript • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required
