📋 Description

• Independently responds to employee relations concerns and/or complaints with discretion and confidentiality • Provides expert guidance and education to leaders on performance-based accountability, corrective action, and opportunities for remedial action or development • Investigates team member disputes by interviewing all parties involved, researching documentation and obtaining relevant information from all parties before escalating as necessary • Partners with HR Director and Team Lead to implement People-First solutions through analyzing performance and retention data • Facilitates the performance management and performance review process, ensuring bias-free assessments and consistent accountability • Actively participates in HR initiatives, weekly team meetings both virtually and in person at the Home Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of three (3) years of HR generalist or employee relations experience • Experience supporting employees in California • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking skills in analyzing data, trends, and other information to provide solutions • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws, policies, and best practices • Intermediate knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred
