📋 Description

• Implement new product features according to specific requirements while adhering to high professional development standards • Work as a back-end server engineer in an agile development team with developers, PMs, and QA engineers • Participate in all phases of the development process • Design and develop Java application components to maintain existing code and create new services • Solve technology and usability challenges • Ensure thorough unit, system, and integration testing • Provide solution support and troubleshooting after deployment • Promote agile principles and methodology • Contribute to product suite direction and vision through feature development and bug fixes

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years' related experience in a commercial software development role • BS/MS Computer Science • Strong object-oriented programming skills • Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, XML, SOAP, and SQL • Familiarity with message queues, event sourcing, and NoSQL data stores • Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting of Java applications • Experience with Linux and shell or other Unix scripting languages • Experience with Oracle and relational databases, including database installation, administration, and performance tuning • Experience working with application servers • Experience in the full software development lifecycle using an Agile development process • Experience with CI, CD, and DevOps practices • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience with IntelliJ, JUnit, or JunitPerf • Experience with WebLogic application server • Experience with SOAP web services • Healthcare applications experience is a plus
