📋 Description

• Enhance and maintain in-house synthetic data generation tools • Support quality and development teams with test data generation requirements • Learn and enhance the in-house test data generation tool • Develop solutions with an AI-centric approach • Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios • Investigate and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database performance bottlenecks • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and SRE teams to resolve performance issues • Integrate AI/ML techniques into performance testing • Integrate observability tools into performance analysis and related processes • Perform load, stress, spike, endurance/soak, volume, and scalability testing • Create performance reports and reporting frameworks • Provide optimization recommendations • Validate and improve the scalability and reliability of enterprise applications and cloud-native systems

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen or Green Card holder required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 3–8 years of experience in Software Development and Performance Testing/Performance Engineering • Previous experience with Python for backend application development • Basic experience with JavaScript for frontend web development • Experience with SQL, database design principles, and database technologies • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and analyzing database performance • Experience working with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot and producing quality solutions • Experience with Performance Engineering concepts • Hands-on experience with one or more performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad, or BlazeMeter • Experience with one or more application monitoring tools: Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, AWS CloudWatch, or Google Cloud Monitoring • Experience analyzing logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerts for root cause analysis • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Good knowledge of Java for troubleshooting performance issues • PostgreSQL knowledge • Knowledge of Ruby/Rails • Good knowledge of AWS and GCP • Understanding of Git repositories and GitLab Pipelines • Experience working with CI/CD environments • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Ability to work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment • May be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
