📋 Description

• Serve as a senior consultant, trusted advisor, fractional HR leader, or subject matter expert for client engagements • Lead complex retained and project-based consulting engagements from post-sale implementation through successful completion • Assess organizational and workforce challenges, develop practical recommendations, and support implementation efforts • Build lasting client relationships through high-value solutions and strategic counsel • Guide executive leaders on strategic HR and organizational matters • Lead, coach, and develop consultants and project teams • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Support resource planning, staffing decisions, onboarding, and employee development • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships • Partner with sales and practice leadership to shape client solutions and proposals • Participate in prospect presentations and business development discussions • Contribute thought leadership through speaking engagements, webinars, publications, and industry activities • Enhance consulting methodologies, tools, and service offerings • Collaborate across Helios HR, NFP, Aon, and strategic partners • Leverage technology, AI-enabled tools, and HR best practices to improve client outcomes and consulting effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience • Significant consulting, professional services, fractional HR, or multi-client advisory experience • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree preferred • SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred • Strong expertise across HR disciplines with demonstrated depth in one or more strategic HR areas • Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations and navigating a variety of business environments • Proven success leading complex client engagements, managing budgets, overseeing project teams, and ensuring exceptional client service • Strong business acumen and executive presence • Relationship-building skills • Ability to influence decision-making, build consensus, and navigate organizational complexity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion for collaboration and continuous learning
