📋 Description

• Provide proactive support within the Human Resources Department • Act as a point of contact for staff on HR policies and procedures • Ensure HR policy interpretations align with company culture, organizational policies, and applicable regulations • Participate in talent acquisition, including posting requisitions on the ATS and job boards, reviewing applicants, and screening candidates • Administer onboarding and new-hire processes • Set up new hires accurately in the HRIS • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of required steps • Process background checks and verify Form I-9 documents • Enter and update employee information in HR systems • Maintain employee records and documentation in electronic filing systems • Assist with talent and performance initiatives, including process communication, metric tracking, reporting, and document creation • Partner with HR and company leadership on employee engagement and recognition initiatives for in-person, remote, and hybrid employees • Support HR leadership in documenting employee relations matters and compliance activities • Perform administrative duties including filing, scheduling, activity coordination, and occasional backup support for administrative functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred • 3 to 4 years of Human Resource experience desired • Hands-on experience with talent acquisition activities, including exempt-level, engineering, and professional-level roles strongly desired • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders from entry-level to leadership • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • High level of integrity • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential employee information professionally • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint • Interest in or experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and agents to automate or enhance processes desired • Prism HRIS and Jazz ATS experience is a plus • Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus
