📋 Description

• Investigate internal complaints for assigned client groups • Coordinate investigations and conduct interviews • Maintain accurate and detailed investigation records and notes • Build comprehensive written investigation reports identifying issues, summarizing evidence, making findings and recommendations, and identifying root causes • Lead initiatives to strengthen culture programs focused on ethical business practices • Partner with Employee Relations colleagues, leaders, Employment Law, and HR teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field • 5+ years of experience supporting Employee Relations efforts or relevant HR experience required • Global HR/ER experience preferred • Experience conducting and managing human resources or employee relations investigations • Ability to work independently and in a group setting with little direction and without direct supervision • Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action • Strong project management, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong partnering, diplomacy, teamwork, and influencing skills • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and integrity • Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity • Flexible, adaptable, and results-oriented approach • Strong technical writing skills • Knowledge of investigative practices, risk management, and employment law • Strong understanding of applicable employment laws required
