📋 Description

• Own major GTM systems projects end to end, from business problem discovery through architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration • Lead the evolution of quote-to-cash infrastructure across CPQ, pricing and packaging, approvals, contracting, and billing handoffs • Build systems supporting complex enterprise deals, including usage-based pricing, multi-product deals, ramp structures, amendments, and custom terms • Build internal tooling and automation for Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps • Use AI for automation, internal applications, systems analysis, data migration, architecture documentation, and operational workflows • Apply engineering practices including testing, version control, sandbox discipline, monitoring, and thoughtful system design • Work with GTM and Finance leaders to understand problems, make tradeoffs, and prioritize systems development

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years building and owning systems for a modern GTM organization • Deep fluency in Salesforce, including data models, automation, permissions, and integrations • Meaningful quote-to-cash experience • Experience working with CPQ • Excitement about using AI in systems work • Ability to determine solutions for messy business problems and implement them • Ability to move between technical implementation and conversations with Sales, Finance, or Operations • Care about durable, understandable, and maintainable systems • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is verified post-hire through E-Verify
