📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact from placement through ongoing engagement • Build trust-based client relationships and keep clients supported and informed • Conduct regular check-ins and proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally • Identify feedback patterns and flag systemic issues to leadership with recommended fixes • Coordinate with recruiting, operations, and leadership on complex client situations • Decide when to escalate issues and when to handle them directly • Drive client retention and identify expansion opportunities, including additional placements and new roles • Track account health and flag at-risk clients with action plans • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, and open items • Provide internal updates on portfolio health, client sentiment, and key risks • Communicate professionally in writing and on calls with clients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B environment • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • High ownership mindset and responsibility for outcomes • Ability to operate autonomously in a small business environment • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Proactive and fast-moving, with a bias toward action • Updated resume required for application • Short 1–2 minute Loom video required for application • Loom video must introduce the candidate, describe account management or client success experience, and explain handling an unhappy client without escalating to leadership • Only candidates who submit a Loom video advance to the next step
