• Develop and maintain relationships with HOA clients and prospects. • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our services. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. • Negotiate contract terms and pricing within established guidelines. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system. • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation skills with clients, experience presenting to executive teams, and strong communication skills. • Proficient with HubSpot; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. • Experience with consultative selling. • Able to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration.
