📋 Description

• Build and scale cross-functional engineering teams • Drive a collaborative, high-accountability development culture • Define and communicate the platform engineering vision • Translate business objectives into a multi-year technical roadmap • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML tooling, and integrate them into platform strategy • Lead design and development of cloud-native, distributed applications • Apply event-driven and microservices best practices • Integrate LLM-powered features into production applications using Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines • Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and GitHub Copilot adoption • Ensure responsible AI deployment through governance, guardrails, and data privacy • Lead transformation projects and large-scale transformation initiatives • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in building and scaling cross-functional engineering teams • Ability to create and communicate a clear platform engineering vision and multi-year technical roadmap • Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including AI/ML tooling • Extensive experience with .NET and .NET Core through .NET 8/9 and deep knowledge of C# • Experience building scalable front-end applications with React and TypeScript, including component-based architecture and state management (Redux/Context API) • Expertise in Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure Storage • Experience leading cloud-native, distributed applications using event-driven and microservices best practices • Strong understanding of Azure security, including Entra ID, access control, and data protection • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions • Experience with SQL Server and Cosmos DB • Strong knowledge of RESTful services and API design • Expertise troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Azure applications for performance and cost efficiency • Experience integrating LLM-powered features using Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines • Experience championing AI-assisted engineering practices, including GitHub Copilot adoption • Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, guardrails, and data privacy • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Proven experience leading and managing transformation projects and teams • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • 10+ years’ experience in Engineering, including 5+ years at a leadership level • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
