📋 Description

• Manage select capital and rack repair projects virtually • Manage third-party labor communication, scheduling, scope review, budgets, and quality assurance for assigned projects • Serve as liaison with store leadership throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure project tollgates and processes are followed • Participate in preparation of annual project budgets • Evaluate project cost/benefit analysis, setup, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries • Review project expenditures and ensure budgetary goals are met • Ensure capitalization and expense treatments are compliant • Provide business process requirements for inventory, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution activities • Identify efficiency opportunities and define business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure • Develop and use analytical financial and operational reporting • Perform financial, root cause, and project analysis for executive leadership • Drive key functional metrics in focused areas • Coordinate cross-functionally to execute merchandising initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 6 years of work experience • Experience within The Home Depot or other large, big-box retailers • Experience with store resets • Project management experience • Experience with warehouse racking specifications • Experience with field execution tools, store audit platforms, or merchandising systems • Demonstrated experience using accounting and finance principles and practices, including analysis and reporting of financial data • Knowledge of business management and principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation • Proven ability to manage positive business partnerships and perform in complex cross-functional environment • Demonstrated ability to present complex terminology to diverse audiences at various levels, including executive leaders • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose problems and create solutions to solve complex problems • Understanding and applying business concepts from finance and operations
