📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers building and designing customer- and associate-focused products • Create, deploy, maintain, and support production applications • Assist with product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring • Develop reusable foundational code elements, architectural diagrams, and product-related documentation • Develop functional and destructive test suites to support rapid production deployment • Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Collaborate in agile processes with team members • Answer product and engineering team questions • Guide junior engineers on modern software development frameworks and lead technical discussions • Identify team gaps and suggest productivity improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Experience in Search tools (Elastic Search/Mongo Atlas/Apache Solr) • Efficient with fixing security vulnerabilities • Experience in Java Spring boot • Experience with cloud, preferably GCP • Experience writing SQL queries against a relational database
