📋 Description

• Manage candidate and hiring-team interview schedules using an AI-assisted scheduling system • Communicate interview logistics and expectations • Build and maintain accurate candidate portals • Schedule internal recruiting meetings, including intakes, kickoffs, and debriefs • Keep candidates informed and answer questions promptly • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI-assisted tools such as Juicebox • Maintain a CRM of current and prospective candidates • Build passive pipelines for evergreen roles • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters on candidate profiles • Draft sourcing messages and research talent-attraction methods • Manage the ATS by posting jobs, running reports, and maintaining clean data • Build and maintain recruiting processes • Assist with recruiting-tool onboarding, configuration, and maintenance • Complete offer-stage reference checks • Serve as the main onboarding contact for new hires • Schedule onboarding meetings and events • Coordinate with IT on new-hire technology setup

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or sourcing, ideally at a high-growth company • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms; Greenhouse experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and requests simultaneously • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Comfort with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheets • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach • Curiosity and willingness to raise flags when something looks off • Willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly • Experience with AI-assisted scheduling tools such as Goodtime or Guide is a plus • Ability to work full-time hours from 9am-5pm ET
