📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and engage top talent through passive candidate outreach and innovative sourcing • Manage candidate flow through the Greenhouse applicant tracking system • Deliver a world-class experience to prospects and candidates • Understand candidate expectations and present market-competitive offers • Partner with hiring teams to understand organizational objectives and build hiring plans • Create and distribute recruiting content across job posting platforms and social media • Coach hiring leaders through the recruiting process as a subject matter expert • Build strong relationships with client groups • Lead kickoff meetings, interview panels, and debriefs for each search • Contribute input to Talent team processes and identify efficiencies • Manage a moderate workload with moderate volume and complexity • Support talent brand initiatives, external events, and recruitment-strengthening projects • Fill entry- to manager-level requisitions across Pie’s corporate and business groups

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments, including corporate functions • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and common sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver complex information effectively • Ability to articulate the team member value proposition to candidates • Ability to write compelling pitch emails to prospective candidates • Ability to deliver difficult or disappointing decisions clearly and professionally • Strong business acumen and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively • Ability to manage and navigate moderately complex recruiting situations with stakeholders and candidates • Understanding of how functional corporate and business teams operate together • Proven ability to balance autonomy with collaboration and independently own tasks, deliverables, and timelines • Ability to work in the United States (territories excluded) • Preferred: 2+ years of experience recruiting in the insurance industry • Preferred: 1+ year of experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup or scaling business • Preferred: Experience with Greenhouse
