Horizon3. ai is a cybersecurity company that specializes in autonomous penetration testing through its platform, NodeZero. The company's mission is to proactively identify and address attack vectors before they can be exploited, allowing organizations to continuously assess their security posture across various environments including cloud, IoT, and on-premises systems. Founded by veterans from the US Special Operations and National Security sectors, Horizon3. ai offers a self-service SaaS solution that provides organizations with insights into their security vulnerabilities without requiring persistent or credentialed agents.

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and launch plans for NodeZero Internal and Cloud Pentesting • Define the portfolio narrative across internal networks, Active Directory and identity, AWS and Azure environments, Kubernetes, hybrid-cloud attack paths, and exposure-validation use cases • Translate the “hack, fix, verify, repeat” operating model into value propositions for security executives and practitioner teams • Build persona-specific messaging and conversion paths for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments • Develop annual and quarterly GTM plans tied to pipeline creation, win-rate improvement, customer adoption, expansion, and measurable risk reduction • Lead product launches and major capability releases from market insight and narrative development through enablement, campaign activation, and post-launch review • Create technically credible proof-first content, including solution briefs, technical blogs, buyer’s guides, product pages, demo narratives, webinars, customer stories, analyst materials, and executive POVs • Build an evidence library covering production safety, agentless deployment, recurring testing, attack-path visibility, prioritized remediation, and one-click verification • Collaborate with Attack Research, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert capabilities and customer outcomes into market-facing content • Maintain messaging discipline across product, corporate, demand-generation, field, partner, and customer-facing materials • Own technical enablement for account executives, SDRs, solutions engineers, customer success teams, and channel partners • Create sales plays, discovery guides, qualification frameworks, competitive responses, objection handling, battlecards, demo scripts, training, and certification materials • Differentiate autonomous pentesting from vulnerability scanning, breach and attack simulation, periodic manual pentesting, and point solutions • Connect practitioner-level proof to executive outcomes such as reduced exposure, faster remediation, and defensible security assurance • Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Operations on campaign-in-a-box programs and pipeline/revenue measurement • Establish feedback loops to identify friction in evaluation, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion • Serve as market and customer voice for the Internal and Cloud Pentesting portfolio • Partner with Product Management and Engineering on launches, feature value, and roadmap alignment • Conduct customer, prospect, and field interviews • Monitor cloud security, identity security, exposure management, autonomous pentesting, CTEM, and offensive-security market developments • Contribute to analyst briefings, industry events, customer advisory activities, and thought leadership • Define success metrics for launches, content, enablement, pipeline influence, competitive performance, adoption, and customer outcomes • Use Salesforce, product analytics, win/loss insights, and field feedback to evaluate performance and improve GTM programs • Report performance and friction areas to marketing and revenue leadership • Build scalable product marketing processes, templates, and operating rhythms • Report directly to the VP of Corporate & Product Marketing and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Attack Research, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and channel teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience • Meaningful experience launching and scaling complex technical products in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company • Demonstrated success owning product strategy, positioning, launches, content, enablement, and performance measurement across a product line or portfolio • Strong cybersecurity fluency, including internal penetration testing, cloud security, identity and Active Directory, Kubernetes, hybrid environments, attack paths, and remediation validation • Ability to engage credibly with penetration testers, red-teamers, cloud-security engineers, SecOps practitioners, product leaders, and CISOs • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and bringing structure to ambiguous, greenfield work • Experience building sales enablement programs that improve field confidence, competitive win rates, and customer conversion • Capability to manage high-stakes launches, cross-functional lifecycles, and performance frameworks with a clear ROI lens • Proficiency with Salesforce, product analytics, and tools used to measure launch performance and pipeline attribution • Minimum 25Mbps consumer-grade broadband connection • Up to 20% travel availability for key launches, industry events, customer interviews, sales-team engagement, and internal offsites • Nice-to-have: experience as a penetration tester, security practitioner, solutions engineer, security architect, technical writer, or technical product marketer • Nice-to-have: familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Entra ID, Active Directory, vulnerability-management, breach and attack simulation, or exposure-management platforms • Nice-to-have: experience marketing autonomous security, offensive security, cloud security, identity security, infrastructure security, or adjacent enterprise cybersecurity products • Nice-to-have: account-based marketing experience with highly targeted enterprise personas • Nice-to-have: analyst relations, executive thought leadership, customer advisory programs, or major industry events experience
