📋 Description

• Lead and grow several engineering teams in HubSpot’s Omnichannel Product Group • Deliver high-quality, scalable platform and product experiences supporting HubSpot’s core hubs • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap priorities • Establish and uphold high-performance engineering culture, technical standards, accountability, performance management, and career development • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide architecture, and participate in critical technical discussions across the stack • Align teams to support internal teams and external partners with a robust, easy-to-integrate channels platform • Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity so teams can move quickly, experiment, and iterate effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 20+ engineers, including team leads and senior technical individual contributors • Strong product engineering background • Experience building and scaling SaaS products from early stages through high growth • Experience shaping feature delivery from early-stage validation to late-stage maturity • Ability to lead full-stack product discussions and influence frontend and backend architecture • Hands-on technical credibility with a track record of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring teams • Experience driving high performance through goal setting, feedback, and performance management • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions without complete data • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across product, design, and engineering • Experience leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or features • Experience with voice calling and SMS features, AI products and agents, or both upmarket and downmarket product experiences are nice-to-have qualifications

🏖️ Benefits
