📋 Description

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions • Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications • Support contact center modernization efforts, including migration and transformation initiatives • Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring • Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration • Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues • Perform unit, integration, and regression testing • Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement • Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and senior engineers to implement scalable cloud solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, conversational AI, or contact center technologies preferred • Experience with cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations preferred • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
