📋 Description

• Lead the people management agenda for the Medicaid RFP Response and Implementation team • Act as the single point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR and people management matters • Build strong business relationships and transfer HR requests and solutions between the business unit and HR • Implement HR best practices and support delivery of HR processes • Identify gaps, propose changes, and address risks • Drive performance improvement and positive changes in people management • Lead change management projects and manage HR-related internal and external communications • Support HR activities related to RFP responses and the subsequent stand-up of new business • Build, run, and analyze data supporting RFPs and new-business implementation • Align and coordinate resources for operational stand-up of new state contracts, changes to existing contracts, and re-bids • Support cross-functional initiatives involving workforce planning, staffing models, RFP responses, and new business implementations • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and visualizations from complex workforce or operational data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of previous HR experience or business support experience • 2+ years of demonstrated experience creating reports and analyzing data • Experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence and analytics tool to develop reports, dashboards, or visualizations • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly, concisely, and actionably • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
