📋 Description

• Lead projects involving database design, development, implementation, and management • Develop database architectures addressing business requirements, scalability, security, performance, and reliability • Design database applications, interfaces, data transfer mechanisms, and data partitions for efficient database access • Create plans for architecture updates • Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structures to improve performance and functionality • Determine technical approaches for project components • Work independently on moderately complex to complex database engineering issues • Consult with and build relationships with business partners • Communicate technical information to non-technical professionals • Use critical thinking to anticipate team needs, ask questions, present ideas, and deliver high-quality work

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of technical experience with a primary focus on ETL • Comprehensive knowledge of SSIS and/or SSMS • Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and/or Python/PySpark • Technical proficiency with Databricks and/or a Databricks Certification • Experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical professionals • Experience consulting with and building relationships with business partners • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and take ownership • Ability to anticipate future consequences and trends accurately • Critical thinking and initiative to present ideas, ask questions, and deliver high-quality work • Experience with Azure and/or other cloud reporting systems or cloud design preferred • Experience developing interactive reports using Power BI and/or similar products preferred • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet service for home work • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
