📋 Description

• Develop and maintain secure and reliable file-transfer solutions between external partners and internal systems • Design and implement API integrations between the Record Management System and web applications • Support file upload and download functionality • Configure and troubleshoot automated file-transfer jobs • Establish FTP/SFTP connections • Gather business requirements • Ensure compliance with operational and security standards • Report to the Associate Director, HGB IT Platform and Foundational Services for Humana Military • Collaborate effectively and maintain documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development • Proven experience in Visual Studio, ADO Repository, and NuGet package management using C# and .NET • Hands-on experience building SSIS packages • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS – National Background Investigation Service) • U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract • Candidates living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired • Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, SSIS, SQL, and related tools • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
