📋 Description

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles from intake through close • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build structured interview plans, and keep searches moving • Source and recruit candidates through industry groups, professional networks, and underrepresented talent communities • Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess knowledge, experience, aptitude, and compensation alignment • Deliver analytical, well-documented recruiting updates and reports to support pipeline and hiring decisions • Build and improve AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting • Share reusable recruiting practices with the team • Manage online job postings and related social media content • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles • Experience hiring within growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent • Cybersecurity industry experience preferred • Experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews • Experience screening and evaluating technical candidates • Ability to own multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a clear, candidate-centric process • Experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top engineering talent • Extensive Ruby on Rails recruiting experience is a bonus • Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse • Experience leading Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding initiatives in the tech community • Ability to use AI across recruiting workflows and build practical, reusable systems with good judgment about quality, privacy, and candidate experience • Proven experience implementing creative sourcing strategies and maintaining qualified talent pools
