📋 Description

• Serve as an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted Senior Manager combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interaction • Participate in client-facing engagements through all project phases, from pursuit to delivery • Manage projects and conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations • Contribute to overall practice development • Mentor Coachees when assigned • Perform general project and organizational administrative tasks • Serve as architect lead for end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions • Gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud Payroll • Develop and grow others through coaching and leadership • Identify opportunities for value creation based on client challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • 5-7+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll • Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws • Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
