📋 Description

• Support payroll processing, including data entry, report generation, time sheet adjustments, and backup for the Payroll Manager • Answer employee questions, address concerns, and provide general HR support • Provide employees with information about benefits and pay • Process and enter necessary documents in the HRIS system • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations • Assist employees with completing forms, including STD/LTD forms • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations • Provide administrative support through scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing reports • Manage temporary staffing requests, including liaising with staffing agencies, handling timecards, invoices, requests, and cancellations • Proactively discuss process improvement ideas and solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Human Resources preferred • 2+ years related experience • Payroll experience preferred • Proficiency in HR software and systems • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities • Consistent follow-up and follow-through • Credible with a high level of personal integrity • Loyal and dedicated to the success of colleagues and team members • Optimistic toward all activities, able to transmit this optimism to others • Adaptive to ICAT’s core values • No travel requirement • Must be able to work the listed hours in the applicable U.S. time zone
