📋 Description

• Support full lifecycle recruiting activities • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent • Apply established recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and company policies to support business hiring needs • Support high-volume hiring for field-based, customer-facing, operational, and account support positions • Source and attract candidates • Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience • Maintain systems compliance and reporting • Build recruiting expertise and develop knowledge of ICF’s business and talent strategies • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders • Take ownership of assigned recruiting activities and drive results with accountability and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments • Experience recruiting for field-based talent, customer-facing roles, operational hiring needs, or other volume-driven hiring activities • 2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, compliance, and deadlines • Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience using Workday, Beamery, or other ATS and CRM platforms preferred • Experience sourcing candidates through social media, networking platforms, and online research tools preferred • Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices preferred • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools throughout the recruiting lifecycle preferred
