• Lead contract data collection, reporting, data governance, quality management, and performance monitoring activities • Develop data standards, reporting protocols, documentation requirements, and performance measurement processes • Support the Quality Management Plan, data governance policies, and performance reporting framework • Manage data validation, quality assurance, quality control, audits, and data integrity monitoring • Monitor KPIs, AQLs, service timelines, contract deliverables, and compliance requirements • Oversee data management systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions • Develop executive dashboards, Power BI reports, performance scorecards, and data visualizations • Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, stakeholder feedback, and administrative systems • Conduct trend, root cause, performance, and predictive analyses • Develop monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for federal stakeholders and project leadership • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations • Lead Continuous Quality Improvement activities, quality reviews, monitoring, corrective action plans, and performance improvement initiatives • Support federal performance reviews, audits, monitoring visits, quality assessments, and contract compliance efforts • Collaborate with IT on data integrations, API connections, workflow automation, data security, and reporting enhancements • Coordinate reporting across legal, operations, intake, psychosocial, language services, and pro bono teams • Supervise and mentor data reporting, quality management, data analysis, reporting, and quality staff
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Evaluation, Information Systems, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience • OR Master's degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience • Experience developing and managing dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience • Experience managing large-scale data collection and reporting systems • Experience implementing quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring, and continuous quality improvement processes • Experience supervising technical and/or quality management staff • Experience managing multiple reporting, compliance, and quality oversight activities simultaneously • Experience supporting complex federal, state, or large-scale nonprofit programs • Experience monitoring contractual performance metrics, service-level requirements, and corrective action plans within a federally funded program • Preferred experience with ORR, ACF, DOJ, HHS, or other federal programs • Preferred experience supporting legal services, child welfare, refugee, immigrant, human services, health, or social service programs • Experience with Quality Management Plans, QASPs, CQI frameworks, or performance management systems • Experience with data governance, audit methodologies, compliance monitoring, and performance measurement systems • Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for federal clients • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse • Experience conducting satisfaction surveys, qualitative analyses, stakeholder feedback reviews, and mixed-methods evaluations • Knowledge of federal reporting requirements, privacy standards, records management, and data security practices • Experience with API integrations, ETL processes, SQL, and cloud-based reporting environments • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Strong leadership, supervision, team management, analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, service providers, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
