• Serve as Care Technical Manager for Nokia Cloud / Network Engineering customer work • Support Nokia as the customer for a 12+ month engagement • Configure and troubleshoot cloud platforms and Nokia Container Services environments • Provide customer-facing technical support, including 24/7 emergency on-call support • Manage escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to resolve issues • Communicate complex technical ideas through writing, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Support cloud operations, monitoring, DevOps, cybersecurity, automation, and ticketing processes
🎯 Requirements
• Mandatory skill: NCS (Nokia Container Services) • Deep understanding of core network technologies for mobile telecommunications, including LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF and VNF), and IP Connectivity • Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing/switching, network security, network management, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, MAP, Diameter Policy Control and Charging • Experience with Telco, distributed, and edge cloud infrastructure • Experience configuring and troubleshooting OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms (CBIS, NCS, OCP, NRHO) • Working experience on the NCS platform is required • Knowledge of L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls • Experience with Airframe, HPE, Dell, and EMC servers and storage • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos monitoring solutions • Experience with DevOps tools, cybersecurity, and automation using Ansible and GitOps for NCD • Knowledge of Cloud MoO processes and Salesforce ticketing system • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas in writing, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Customer-facing experience, including 24/7 emergency on-call support • Experience managing escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinating resources • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies • Understanding of business concepts and development processes
