• Provide technical management for the Care Technical Manager role • Support Nokia customer operations for NCS (Nokia Container Services) • Configure and troubleshoot cloud environments on OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms • Work with core mobile telecommunications networks, telco/public cloud infrastructure, and IP connectivity • Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos • Apply DevOps tools, cybersecurity, and automation for NCD • Manage customer-facing support, including 24/7 emergency on-call coverage • Manage escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to resolve issues • Communicate technical information through writing, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Use Cloud MoO processes and Salesforce ticketing systems
🎯 Requirements
• Mandatory skill: NCS (Nokia Container Services) • Deep understanding of core network technologies for mobile telecommunications, including LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF and VNF), and IP Connectivity • Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing/switching, network security, network management, DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, Diameter Policy Control and Charging • Knowledge of Telco, distributed, and edge clouds • Cloud configuration and troubleshooting on OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, including CBIS, NCS, OCP, and NRHO • Working experience on the NCS platform is required • Experience with L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls • Experience with Airframe, HPE, Dell, and EMC servers and storage • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos monitoring solutions • Knowledge of DevOps tools, cybersecurity, and automation using Ansible and GitOps for NCD • Knowledge of Cloud MoO processes and Salesforce ticketing system • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Customer-facing experience, including 24/7 emergency on-call support • Experience managing escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinating resources • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies • Understanding of business concepts and development processes
