📋 Description

• Promote, communicate, and implement human resources strategies and initiatives • Partner with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues • Build and maintain influential relationships with management and advocate for employees • Provide guidance on employment law • Coordinate performance management • Resolve employee relations issues • Act as an expert on HR policies and procedures, including payroll, benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting • Educate employees on policies, procedures, and programs • Respond to HR inquiries involving employment law, compensation, training, HR systems, EEO, and payroll • Enter and maintain data and participate in audits • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and expertise in human resources strategies and initiatives • Knowledge of employment law • Experience coordinating performance management • Expertise in HR policies and procedures, including payroll, benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting • Knowledge of HR systems, EEO, and related HR functions
