📋 Description

• Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting candidate outreach • Help coordinate interviews and maintain candidate information and recruiting records • Support internship program activities, including applicant tracking, communications, and onboarding coordination • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, document organization, and other business operations projects • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support company initiatives and improve internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new software and systems • Ability to handle information professionally and maintain confidentiality • Interest in recruiting, HR, and supporting business operations • Approximately 10 hours per week availability
