📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer • Source and engage candidates using available recruiting tools • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and fit • Coordinate interviews and next steps with hiring managers and interviewers • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates • Keep candidate information and recruiting activity up to date in the ATS • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruiting updates • Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience • Support recruiting projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing • Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, particularly for high-volume or fast-moving roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A proactive, customer-service-oriented approach • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines • Comfort working independently while also collaborating closely with a team • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new technology and recruiting tools • Experience recruiting for sales or business development roles (bonus) • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment (bonus) • Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions (bonus) • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (bonus)
